Shipping policy

Handmade & Made-to-Order Processing

All AWH items are individually made by hand. Because each piece is crafted with care, please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch before it ships.

Once your order has been crafted and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery Times

After the 14-day creation period, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK Domestic: 2–3 business days | FREE Shipping on orders over £50 (Express: 1–2 business days)

• Europe: 3–5 business days | FREE Shipping on orders over £100

• International: 5–7 business days | FREE Shipping on orders over £150

Please note: Total time to receive your package = Production Time (up to 14 business days) + Transit Time.

Order Tracking

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. If you have not received a tracking update after 14 business days from placing your order, please contact us at info@searchinganthony.com.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes (For International Orders)

AWH is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us at info@searchinganthony.com with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
